Is this a scam?
No. We're Quiet Mountain Labs, the local-business studio of Quiet Mountain Consulting, a registered company. There's nothing to pay to look at your concept, we never ask for passwords, and nothing changes on your current website unless you decide to go ahead.

Why did you build a site for me without asking?
Because it's easier to judge a real website than a sales pitch. We built the concept from information that's already public on your current site, so you can see exactly what you'd get before deciding anything. If it's not for you, we take it down.
What happens to my current website, domain and email?
Nothing, until you say go. Your domain stays with whoever it's registered with today. Going live means adding one DNS record, and we never need your registrar password. We don't touch your email settings, so your email keeps working exactly as it does now.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. It's month-to-month and cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. No contract, no cancellation fee.
What counts as a request?
Anything on the included list: a new page, a campaign, a change to your booking flow, a new review-request message, an integration. We work on one request at a time and most take about 2 business days. Bigger items are broken into steps so something ships every few days.
We already have a web person. Do we still need this?
Maybe not. If your current site is fast, works well on phones and turns visitors into calls, keep it. The concept is there so you can compare side by side.
