Who we are
This policy covers quietmountainlabs.com and the services of Quiet Mountain Consulting PTE. LTD., trading as Quiet Mountain Labs, Vision Exchange, 2 Venture Drive, #19-018, Singapore 608526 ("we", "us"). Questions: parker@quietmountain.ai.
What we collect
- Information you give us — when you use a form we collect what you enter: name, email, phone, business name, website and your message.
- Basic visit data — we count page visits with our own first-party counter (page path, referring site, approximate country). No advertising cookies, no device fingerprinting, no third-party ad trackers.
- Business information for concepts — concept websites are built only from information a business has already published on its own website.
- Client data — when you become a client, we process what's needed to deliver the service, such as website content and lead forms on your site.
How we use it
To reply to you, deliver the audit or services you asked for, bill you, improve our website and meet legal obligations. You can opt out of follow-up messages at any time.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent personal information and don't share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run our infrastructure and payments (cloud hosting, email and payment processors), only as needed to provide the service; and authorities where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep form submissions as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, then delete or anonymise them. Concept websites are removed when a business declines or asks us to.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to marketing, by emailing parker@quietmountain.ai. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and applicable laws where you live.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers, and we limit what we collect.
